You're able to appreciate it more because you know you're about to lose it. You become so grateful for what it's given you up to this point <3
I've loved getting the chance to see how people ce I've loved getting the chance to see how people celebrate around the world. Are there any Carnival celebrations you're dying to see for yourself?
I feel like people handle goodbye two different wa I feel like people handle goodbye two different ways. With some, the closer it gets, the more you shut feelings out and look ahead. All that energy that could go into mourning gets redirected into planning. You let the loss hit you all at once (because it does always hit, sooner or later). With others...well it seems like the closer goodbye gets, the more closely you look at what's around you. The more you see the beauty in the everyday things. You say little goodbyes, have little heartbreaks, day by day. And when it's finally time to let go, perhaps it's a little easier. Is one way better than the other? I really can't say. We all have to find what works, right?

Very helpful for if you need to offload some things before moving. Actually, if you go to the location by Harminckettesek you might end up wearing half my wardrobe🫣 Some of you have reached out saying that you'd like a guide re: moving away from Budapest --what other things would you like to see on there?
